How It’s Built
The feather-light Momentum Trainer features a custom designed, injection molded LEVIT8 midsole. The injection molded LEVIT8 is one of the lightest midsoles 3N2 has ever produced. Although more expensive than traditional EVA, injection molding results in a higher-quality, lighter and more durable midsole with less environmental waste.
The shoe also features a genuine leather upper reinforced with CORDURA – “The Tough Stuff” – a revolutionary material that is three times more durable than polyester, two times more durable than nylon, and as breathable as conventional mesh. Fitted with a removable leather tongue flap, 3N2 Speed Lacing System and molded heel counter to ensure superior fit and stability.
3N2 Technology
The new Momentum Trainer also features the following 3N2 technologies: FLASHPOINT, KZONE, O-ZONE and REVV. FLASHPOINT eliminates the need for toxic glue as shoe components are fixed together through flame lamination. KZONE cool-comfort is a water-wicking sock liner that is non-slip and treated with the odor-fighting O-ZONE antimicrobial shield.
